How to use the schedule
Arrive with one goal for the night.
Before each session, choose one technical focus: frame, timing, footwork, rotation, or connection. During open practice, dance a full song only after drilling the detail slowly. This keeps the floor productive for both beginners and experienced dancers.
Tip: Keep 10 minutes at the end for notes. Write down one thing that improved and one thing to repeat next week.
